As a Business Development Strategist, Ms. Whittle is responsible for building Taoti’s portfolio of work with impact driven organizations and companies. She joined Taoti after an extensive career working in international development as a communicator and, most recently, as a biz dev guru at a few digital communications firms in DC and San Francisco.
Stacy is more than just a biz dev whiz however, she also co-founded The Culture Vultures, a non-profit organization in Manama, Bahrain, which brought art, theater and music to the Persian Gulf. She also has decades of experience working in climate change and water, first as a program manager at the Institute for Social and Economic Policy in the Middle East at Harvard University, and later at DAI on a joint NASA/USAID project.
Ms. Whittle is also a professional actor and has performed on stage and in films in DC, California, Ireland and Bahrain. She holds a BA from George Washington University and an MPA from The Monterey Institute for International Studies. Ms. Whittle has lived in a lot of different places, but her favorites include Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Ireland, and Bahrain. She is fluent in Spanish and can hold a conversation in Arabic and Italian.
