Jim works with clients to identify their communications challenges and construct solutions to help them achieve success. He has decades of experience working in all areas of marketing and communications. From media relations to public affairs to digital strategy, he has counseled seasoned executives and led teams at Fortune 500s, start-ups, political campaigns, and the federal government.
Jim previously worked for a DC-based communications agency. Prior to that, he founded an association of creatives and communicators providing services to the government. Before the association he spent three-and-a-half years at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) where he served as Deputy Associate Administrator of Communications and Marketing after working on a presidential re-election campaign in Michigan.
Jim began his career working in sales and marketing for General Mills as well an internet startup providing inventory management services, and has a double major in Marketing and History from Hillsdale College. He is married with a son and lives on Capitol Hill.
