MEMA.org and Division Site Network
Taoti and MEMA undertook a large-scale website redesign that features multiple sites and a complex integration with Fonteva AMS and Salesforce. The new site promotes MEMA and its divisions’ thought leadership and controls access to members-only content.
The new website, information architecture, and content creates an online presence that is undeniably effective in and engaging with all MEMA’s target audiences — including members, prospective members, Congress, media and others. Using smart contextualization and advanced navigation techniques, the new websites deliver the most relevant content across the site so that users can find what they’re looking for, wherever they are—without needing to ‘drill down’ or otherwise struggle to find it.
A multisite configuration clarifies the relationship between MEMA and its divisions and effectively channels traffic to the appropriate site. This multisite configuration provides a consistent user experience, making it easy for members of multiple divisions to find content, and for division staff to find resources on another division’s website. In addition, it allows CMS users to push content from the MEMA website to the division websites, reducing the time needed to make updates to the entire network.
