Graphic, Flash and Media Designer
Taoti has always excelled at the ‘look and feel’ aspect of any given project. Even though the visual design is often only the tip of the iceberg, it’s the tip that everyone sees. So it needs to shine. The term we use around the studio is ‘JDD’ (“jaw-dropping design.”) On top of that, the design has to go hand in hand with the functional components of any project. So there is more to it than just the artistic merit. We need someone who understands business objectives, usability, and how to play nicely with programmers so that the line between design and function doesn’t really exist.

Web Programmer (ASP.Net and/or PHP)
Taoti is in need of experienced programmers—programmers who have a solid track record of developing in ASP.Net and/or PHP (other web languages a major plus!) But here’s the thing: we need people who can think and contribute to the solution—not just people good at following a technical specification. It will be your job to help develop that spec and to add in your own two cents when you see a better way to do something. On top of programming duties, expect to interfaces with the sales staff so that proposals have appropriate detail and proper expectations set.
